Time to Quit Hiding and Just Publish Already

A writer’s prayer

This morning, I prayed over dark roast coffee, a stack of books, and a fever:
Lord, what do you want me to write today? Is today the day I finally publish something? Anything? I don’t know why this is so hard. What is wrong with me? Help. Oh. And Amen.
